Registration Guidelines

How to Register

All participants are required to register through the GCIM2024 online registration system. We advise participants to register in advance by 10 May, 2024, to take advantage of early-bird rates. Please read the following registration guidelines carefully.

Notice

If you want to sign up as "MRS-K member" or pay the annual fee in advance, please select the registration fee as a Non-member and send your name, the website ID of the Korea Materials Association (https://www.mrs-k.or.kr), and the GCIM2024 ID to the secretariat email (secretariat@gcim2024.org).

For accurate information confirmation, please sign up the same email address registered on the website of the Korean Materials Association. Thank you.

Payment Methods

By Credit Card

  • Credit card payments can only be made through the online registration system.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • Registrants are responsible for any credit card service charges.
  • Visa, MasterCard, and JCB cards are accepted.
  • If you cannot charge the pre-registration fee to your credit card, please contact the GCIM2024 Secretariat.

By Bank Transfer

  • Please transfer funds to the specified account below. The sender's name MUST BE identical to the registrant's name.
  • All fees associated with the bank remittance are the responsibility of the registrant.
  • To confirm your payment, please email the remittance slip to "Secretariat@gcim2024.org".
  • The secretariat will send a confirmation email upon receipt of the full payment within one week.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations via e-mail at "Secretariat@gcim2024.org".
  • Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
  • All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
