Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • All congress abstracts must be submitted online via the "Online Submission System."
  • Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee.
  • All presenters are required to register and pay the registration fee.
  • Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

Submission Guidelines

  • You are required to submit an abstract via the Online Abstract Submission System.
  • Please input your abstract directly into the system. (Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be accepted.)
  • Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted by 31 Jan, 2025
  • Abstracts should be no more than 300 words.
  • The abstract should be written on 1 page, in single column format, on A4 size paper.
  • Each accepted abstract should be enrolled by either the presenting author or co-author.
  • It is the author's responsibility to ensure their text is free of typos or grammatical errors.
  • Before submission, please select your preferred presentation type (Oral or Poster).
  • If you do not receive an email confirmation, this indicates there is no record in our system. If you believe you have made a submission, please check your submission information on "My Page".
  • The type and acceptance of presentations will be notified after the review process.

Notification of Acceptance

  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee following the review procedures.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent by email to the presenting author, corresponding author, and submitter in Mid-March, 2025.

Withdrawal Policy

  • If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the deadline of 30 April, 2025, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • If you wish to withdraw an abstract, please notify the GCIM2025 Secretariat by email as soon as possible.
  • If you have any questions about the corresponding author, co-author, or abstract submission, please email official@gcim2025.org.
